How to check any operator’s reviews
Independent platforms rather than the company’s own website — TripAdvisor, Google, SafariBookings. A company that quotes reviews but does not link to them is worth a second look.
Specifics. A named guide, a camp, a month, something that went slightly wrong and how it was handled.
No. A long run of perfect scores with no detail is less reassuring than a four-star review that explains itself.
