A booking is confirmed when we have written confirmation from you and the deposit has cleared — not before.
The specific terms of this policy are To confirm. We publish booking conditions only once they are finalised and checked — an invented figure on a booking page is a contract term nobody agreed to.
The sequence
- You send an enquiry and we build a draft itinerary and quotation.
- We revise it with you until the shape is right.
- We provisionally hold camps and flights where we can. Holds are short.
- You confirm in writing and pay the deposit.
- We issue confirmation and supplier vouchers.
- You pay the balance by the due date and we issue final documents.
Deposit and balance
The deposit percentage and the balance due date are To confirm. Bookings made inside the balance window are normally payable in full at confirmation.
How to pay
Accepted methods and any card surcharge are To confirm. Bank details are issued on your invoice and nowhere else — we will never send new bank details by email without also confirming them with you by phone.
A word about payment fraud
Invoice interception is a real and common fraud in this industry. If you receive an email that appears to be from us with changed bank details, call us before you send anything.
Currency
Quotations are issued in To confirm. Park fees are set in US dollars and exchange movement between quotation and payment is To confirm.
