This policy explains what personal information Wild and Mike Safari collects, why we collect it, and what happens to it.
The specific terms of this policy are To confirm. We publish booking conditions only once they are finalised and checked — an invented figure on a booking page is a contract term nobody agreed to.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, travel dates, party size and anything else you choose to tell us about the trip you want.
If you go on to book, we additionally need the details required to make the booking — full names as they appear on passports, dates of birth where camps or airlines require them, dietary requirements, and any medical information you choose to disclose that affects how we run your trip.
Why we hold it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To make bookings on your behalf with camps, lodges, airlines and parks.
- To meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations in Tanzania.
- To contact you about a trip you have booked.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers who need it to deliver your trip — the camps and lodges you are staying at, internal airlines, and where required the park authorities. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
Retention periods are To confirm, and will be set to the minimum consistent with Tanzanian tax and company record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@wildandmikesafari.com.
Cookies
