Every itinerary on this site is a starting shape. A custom quote is what happens when you tell us which parts of it to change.
Useful things to include: your month or exact dates, how many of you and what ages, how many nights on the ground, whether you want camping, mid-range or the top of the market, and anything non-negotiable — a crater descent, three nights at the river, a balloon, a beach at the end.
What comes back is a route, named camps where we can name them, and a price broken into its lines rather than a single figure.

Where we can confirm availability and rate for your dates, yes. Where we cannot, it says so rather than naming a camp we might have to substitute.
It holds for a stated period. Park fees can change by government decision and we will show you if they do.
Yes, and it is the most useful thing you can tell us. We would rather adjust the route than quietly downgrade the camps.
